Using this website
The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. Submitting a form does not create a booking or a binding contract until we confirm your move in writing.
Quotes and estimates
Estimates are based on the information you give us. If the actual inventory, access, distance, or services differ materially from what was described, the price may be adjusted — and we will tell you before work continues. Flat rates agreed in writing are honored as written.
Scheduling and cancellation
Dates are confirmed in writing. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel; specific terms for your move are stated in your confirmation.
Liability and claims
We operate under USDOT 4543002 and MC 1803165 and carry cargo and liability coverage. Standard released-value protection and optional full-value protection are explained in your estimate. Claims must be submitted in writing within the period stated in your moving documents.
Items we do not transport
We do not move hazardous materials, flammables, explosives, perishables, firearms, cash, or irreplaceable documents. We also do not transport vehicles or live plants on interstate moves.
