Questions, answered plainly.
- How do you price a move?
- You choose: a flat rate locked in before we lift a single box, or an hourly rate with a written not-to-exceed estimate. Either way the price is agreed in writing before move day — no fuel surcharges or stair fees added after the fact.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Yes. We operate under USDOT 4543002 and MC 1803165, with cargo and liability coverage on every move. Certificates of insurance for buildings and HOAs are available on request.
- How far in advance should I book?
- Four to six weeks is ideal, and six to eight weeks for summer or month-end dates. We do take same-day and next-day local moves when a crew is open.
- What won't you move?
- We do not handle vehicles, hazardous materials, flammables, or live plants on interstate moves. Almost everything else is our specialty.
- Do you offer storage?
- Yes. Short- and long-term climate-controlled storage is available between pickup and delivery, with a full inventory of everything we hold.
- What areas do you serve?
- We are headquartered in Atlanta and dispatch crews across metro Atlanta and north Georgia, with interstate authority for all 50 states.
